The challenge:
Your mission will be to own one of our AI-based algorithms and turn it into a successful product. This means you will work side by side with our technical, commercial, and regulatory teams to ensure our technology translates to real and precise value for our customers.
To ensure that you will look for every insight to validate that the problem to solve is real to our customers (and patients). Together with a team of ML engineers and designers, you will prepare the product roadmap and oversee its progress, discussing and prioritizing to find the right balance between quality and time-to-market. You will collaborate with marketing, customer success, and our business development team to build a cohesive narrative of our product.
Our products are complex by nature. We use cutting-edge AI technology to extract actionable information from patients' image data that can be used to improve patient outcomes. This means you will interact with healthcare professionals (radiologists, oncologists…), ML engineers, and regulatory and commercial stakeholders.
You’ll have to embrace a certain level of uncertainty when making decisions and roadmaps. Finding the right balance between data-driven and opinion-driven decisions is a key component of this role.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a scientific approach to product development, can deeply understand the workings of an AI product in the context of healthcare and can work well with multi-disciplinary teams. Our ideal candidate will constantly and creatively push the boundaries of what is possible and have the perseverance to work through the details to deliver a high-quality product.
