Quibim has an opening for a new Business Development Representative in Italy! If you are looking for an exciting journey where your previous experience and passion for precision medicine will have an impact on the market, this is your opportunity. 

 

Our BD Representative in Italy will participate in our commercial operations in the region, attending the best medical conferences and growing Quibim’s business with hospitals by generating new leads, owning and managing key accounts, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy of the company. 

 

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team. The position also requires in-depth, consistent cross-team collaborations within Quibim including our Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing.

The challenge:
  • Outbound lead generation (events, emailing, social networks) with digital tools. 
  • Serve as the first point of contact with new potential clients.
  • Work directly with the Business Development Director to boost the Italian market expansion. 
  • Execute a successful business development and sales strategy for significant revenue growth and market share expansion in Italy, together with the BD Director. 
  • Follow-up opportunities throughout the sales cycle (up to Closing).
  • Bring continuous feedback and improvements to our commercial processes, being involved in the team's success. 
  • Collaborate in the business development activities for new imaging AI technologies with senior physicians at the best hospitals and imaging centers in Italy. 
  • Attend to medical conferences, conducting new customer outreach to prominent radiologists and clinicians.
You will be our ideal candidate if you have:
  • 3+ years' of work experience in business development, customer success, sales or similar customer facing roles. 
  • Knowledge of the radiology and medical imaging market. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including strengths in running effective sales, business, and internal meetings, preparing and delivering professional pitches. 
  • Advanced level of English. 
  • Experience working in an international environment. 
  • Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy, regularly. 
  • Integrity and passion for precision medicine. Fascination for innovative research and AI, the future of clinical research and medicine. 
  • High adaptability, with the capacity to embrace the unknown and thrive in an environment where work requirements, constraints and expectations are ever-evolving.
